Once you submit an order online to us, you cannot change the order due to our automated online processing system. Orders may or may not be charged the total cost at time of confirmation with the credit card issuer. Charges may not show up on your issuing bank statement for up to 5 business days. We have many suppliers for our products. Your order may arrive in two separate packages. There is no additional fee for the split in order shipment.
While we pride ourselves on the accuracy of our inventories, from time to time errors do occur and inaccurate inventory quantities are shown on the site. When this happens, we will make every effort to quickly remedy the problem. However, order lead times can be as long as 14 days so we are limited to the action we can take in certain circumstances. In the event that an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be notified via email and every effort will be made to gain your satisfaction.

All pet supply orders are shipped the same day if the order was received and payment credited by 12pm CDT. Some items may not ship same due to product demand availability or demanding times of the year. All Wrought Iron orders are shipped the next day after order received and payment credited unless order was received and payment credited by 7am CDT. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are downloaded directly from FedEx, UPS and USPS at the time you place your order to assure accuracy. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and we are assessed additional charges by a carrier, we reserve the right to charge the customer's credit card for the additional charges.

Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages - Refused packages returned by consignee:

Return Policy Instructions:
Please do not mail the merchandise back to us or any of our suppliers until you get the Return Authorization paperwork or an email message from us to include with the return package. Doing so may significantly delay your refund.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all orders cancelled after a 24 hour period and before order shipment. Refund will only apply to the product total. DAMAGES:
All our suppliers take extra precautions to pack your orders to prevent damage and breakage. All items are shipped insured. Damaged shipments due to shipping need to be claimed with the carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier will notify us or our suppliers upon their inspection of the damaged merchandize.
Please DO NOT return the damaged merchandise to us or to any of our suppliers until you have notified us of the damage. If necessary, include paperwork with the damaged item(s) you are returning.

When you purchase a wood dog crate make sure you get the right size for your pet. After purchase, upon receipt, inspect your purchase and notify customer service of any damage so we may assist you.
Keep the original packaging. The unique packaging was specifically designed for wood dog crate products and without the packaging, the product can not be returned to us in a safe manner.
If within 30 days you are dissatisfied with your wood dog crate product, you may return your purchase in the original packaging for a refund of the merchandise value.
