The Freedom Pet Pass flexible canvas coated thermal pet flap never loses its integrity due to weathering and therefore maintains its insulating draft-free seal. We use a thermal rubber commonly used to insulate basement flooring in newer homes. The marine grade canvas is highly abrasive resistant and easily cleans with a non-detergent cleanser. Furthermore, pets will not be able to easily chew through the canvas material.
What Freedom Pet Pass Pet Door size is right for my dog?
Step 1:
Measure your pet from the top of the shoulders to the chest, just behind the front legs. Then measure the width of your pet at the widest point. This will be either the shoulder or hip area.

Determine your pet's weight.
Step 3:
Select the correct door size based on your pet's measurements and weight. You will need a pet door with and opening size that is bigger than your pet's measurement.

Choose a dog door that allows at least 1 inch clearance from your tallest dogs back at the top while allowing enough bottom clearance for your shortest pet to pass through. It is important to purchase a dog door of the correct size for your pet so they can easily pass in and out of your home.
Is this door mounted pet door easy to install?
Yes. The self-framing PVC frame harnesses the Freedom Pet Pass pet door and simply screws itself together to fit within standard 1 3/4 inch thick exterior doors.

Your "NEW" Freedom Pet Pass Dog Door comes with a 3-year limited warranty against product malfunction due to manufacturing or parts defects. The Freedom Pet Pass 3-year warranty does not apply to failure as a result of accidental damage, mishandling, or abuse. Furthermore, we do not warranty dog door performance when installed improperly.
PLEASE NOTE: Any damage to the canvas coated thermal pet flap or any other part of the dog door due to your pet chewing or otherwise destroying the integrity of the product is classified as pet damage. Consequentially losses are not covered under this warranty.

All returned items must arrive in an unused like-new re-sellable condition.
